This co-working space, nestled in downtown Rochester’s historic George Burr building, was designed to be more than just a place to work. It’s a space where collaborators, innovators, and creators come together in a beautifully crafted environment. 429 Main came to us with a vision: to breathe new life into this 1914 landmark while honoring its legacy. Once home to Green Art Supply for nearly sixty years, the building’s story lives on through a thoughtful green color palette that weaves history into every corner of the space. 💚The lush green velvet seating, vintage-inspired light fixtures, and custom-crafted workspaces bring warmth and a sense of community to the industrial elegance of the original architecture. We were thrilled to infuse a little PARTNR HAUS personality with our signature house-shaped private workspaces, a nod to our own brand and an invitation for users to feel at home. 🏠 The light-filled rooms, cozy gathering spots, and modern kitchen create a dynamic environment that supports both productivity and connection. Creating this blend of history and modernity was a labor of love, and we couldn’t be prouder of the result.
